On February 29, 2008, affiliates of RP Management sold a 14-property portfolio to an investment group from West Chester County New York. With this disposition, a new era was ushered in at RP. We are now going to focus our attention on more intensely managing the remaining properties in our portfolio. Our management team has re-dedicated itself to customer service with a special emphasis on our residents.
