On February 29, 2008, affiliates of RP Management sold a 14-property portfolio to an investment group from Westchester County New York. With this disposition, a new era was ushered in at RP. We are now focussing our attention on more intensely managing the remaining properties in our portfolio and acquiring new apartment communities. Our management team has re-dedicated itself to customer service with a special emphasis on our residents.
