Galleria Crossing (formerly “Mountain View Apartments”) was purchased on November 15, 2006. This attractive garden apartment community is located in Hoover, Alabama, a fast-growing suburb south of Birmingham. Consisting of 321 apartment homes, Galleria Crossing becomes the largest property in the RP Management portfolio.
RP Management plans significant changes at Galleria Crossing. These include the replacement of all roofs, renovations to the main Clubhouse and selective unit upgrading. Along with the property’s new name will come new signage at the entrance and new directional signs throughout the community. We will also provide new and improved landscaping in order to make the property look as good on the outside as the spacious apartments look on the inside.
Dana Prater has stayed on as the Community Manager for the property and will lend her steady hand to the RP Management team. Patrick Fancher, the Leasing Consultant, has also agreed to continue working with RP and will be joined in the office by our newest addition, Sherry Allen in the Assistant Community Manager position. Along with this great group of office staff, Galleria will boast a full-time complement of Maintenance Technicians that will provide the best service available in the Birmingham area!
Galleria Crossing is just seconds away from the Riverchase Mall at Galleria, one of the largest regional malls in Alabama. Every amenity including restaurants, movie theatres, book stores and coffee shops is within a short drive from your doorstep at Galleria Crossing. Hoover was chosen in 2006 as one of Money Magazine’s top 100 cities in which to live.

This year our Annual Company Picnic was held on September 8th, at High Pointe Club Apartments in Harrisburg, PA. People from near and far came to enjoy each other's company, while relaxing by the pool. They also participated in numerous activities, some of which included: "the bean game", a bake-off, and various trivia games. When it came time for karaoke, everyone from the Home Office staff to the Roaming Techs sang their hearts out! All in all it was another successful event, and the countdown is on for next year's picnic!
