High Pointe Club Apartments
On December 29th, RP Management proudly added High Pointe Club Apartments in Harrisburg, PA to its management portfolio.  This beautiful development is nestled in the hills of Susquehanna Township, just 15 minutes from downtown Harrisburg and the State capital.  High Pointe consists of 240 rental units (garden apartments and townhouses) and 143 garages.  Constructed in 1989, the property contains 30 single- and two-story buildings along with a well-appointed clubhouse.  The clubhouse offers a 24-hour fitness center with a weight room and sauna and a large community room that overlooks a full-length outdoor swimming pool.  High Pointe is truly a quality community and we are excited to have it as part of the RP family!

TEAM RP GOES BOWLING!
RP Management once again held their annual holiday party on December 10th at Wynnewood Lanes in Wynnewood, PA.   The catered event featuring bowling and Karaoke welcomed participants from as far away as Athens, GA.  This year, RP team members were provided lane assignments so as to better mingle with employees from other properties.  One lucky employee won a new Karaoke machine in the raffle.  A good time was had by all.
