staffed with the necessary on-site team to effectively operate your community. From Community Managers and Assistant Managers to Leasing Consultants and Maintenance Technicians, each team member offers specialized skills that enhance your investment.

Under the supervision of our Director of Asset Management, RP’s senior
management team offers a steadfast approach to property oversight. Regional Asset Managers are assigned a small number of properties in order to respond to the needs of each asset promptly and professionally. Senior Training Specialists ensure that effective leasing skills are provided to each member of the on-site team and provide ongoing training on industry-related topics that effect the day-to-day operations of your property.

On the maintenance side, our Director of Maintenance oversees a staff of
roaming maintenance technicians who are committed to long-term stays at newly acquired properties or existing properties that are short-staffed. These roaming technicians are fully trained in all aspects of plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning—valuable skills in situations that require immediate physical attention.

To ensure that we meet the needs of each property, RP Management conducts regular site evaluations of staff and company operations. In addition, we conduct routine property performance evaluations as well as annual unit inspections and resident file reviews.

Most of the employees described above have been with RP Management
five years or longer. Their talents and flexibility are an added bonus to our
