The Roaming Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing specialized and, at times, general maintenance throughout RP Management’s property portfolio while applying proficient skills in various maintenance trade disciplines.

Attaining a thorough understanding of and adhering to RP Management’s guidelines, policies and procedures; |

Acquiring a complete understanding of each property and the salient differences affecting the maintenance workload; |
| • |
Traveling on a daily and extended-leave basis throughout the property portfolio within the travel guidelines of RP Management; |
| • |
Scheduling, coordinating, and performing a wide range of technical maintenance and repair operations in turnovers and occupied apartments, including HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and appliances; |

Assisting with the development and execution of deferred maintenance programs; |
| • |
Providing support services to the properties as needed in all areas of maintenance including emergency on-call, snow removal, and inventory control; |
| • |
Training on-site maintenance personnel; |
| • |
Working with all personnel within the RP Management structure to ensure smooth operations of the properties; and |
| • |
Ensuring compliance with RP Management’s Accident and Illness Prevention Program. |
