The General Maintenance Technicians are responsible for completing non-technical building maintenance duties including resident work orders and preparing vacant apartments for occupancy. In addition, daily building and ground policing and trash pick-up is required.

Maintaining grounds and common areas on a daily basis; |

Maintaining equipment, storage, and work areas in a clean and orderly condition; |

Preparing vacant apartments for occupancy; |
| • |
Completing resident work order requests in a timely and proficient manner; |

Conducting general carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor electrical work; |
| • |
Conducting routine plumbing and appliance repair; |
| • |
Working a routine on-call emergency response schedule; |
| • |
Performing snow removal; |
| • |
Informing Lead Maintenance Technician of maintenance needs and assistance required; and |
| • |
Communicating effectively with the Community Manager on all maintenance issues. |
